Answer: The DaDo uses a specialized liquid cooling circuit. Check the cooling fluid reservoir level regularly according to the indicator light or fill window. Top up using only distilled or deionised water (or the manufacturer-recommended cooling fluid). Never use tap water, as mineral deposits can permanently damage the laser chamber.

Answer: Power on your DaDo welder and wait for the status ring light to illuminate. Open your mobile device's Wi-Fi settings and select the DaDo Wi-Fi network. Once connected, launch the official DaDo App. The indicator on your screen will switch to green, enabling you to set power (joules), pulse time, and frequency settings.

Answer: Weak output or missed firing is typically caused by dirty optics or interlock settings:
Clean or replace the protective glass disc inside the welding chamber using an optics cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
Confirm in your DaDo app that the power settings are appropriate for the metal/alloy thickness.
Ensure the chamber shield door is completely closed to engage the safety interlock switch.

Answer: A flashing indicator ring signals a system warning or safety fault (such as low cooling fluid level, elevated chamber temperature, or an open access cover). Turn off the machine, allow it to cool for 10 minutes, verify the fluid level, and restart. If the error continues, make note of the light sequence and submit a fault report to our technical team.

Answer: Use a soft optical lens brush or air blower to clear loose dust from the binocular eyepieces and objective lens. Gently wipe the optics using isopropyl alcohol and lint-free lens paper. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive clothes to prevent scratching the anti-reflective lens coatings.
