• How do I connect the REVEAL 2S detector to a screen or mobile device?

  Answer: You can connect the REVEAL 2S directly to an HD monitor using the provided HDMI/display cable, or link it to a smartphone/tablet via USB. Ensure the device is powered on before launching the app or selecting the external display input.

• What should I do if the detector isn't recognizing a gemstone or reading clearly?

  Answer: First, ensure the testing window and optic lens are clean and free of finger oils or dust. Use an optical cleaning cloth to gently wipe the sensor surface. Also, verify that the stone is properly placed flat on the testing stage.

• How do I differentiate between natural, HPHT, and CVD diamonds on screen?

  Answer: The REVEAL software displays specific fluorescence and phosphorescence light patterns for each stone type. Refer to our color-coded identification chart in the video series below or check the user manual to compare your on-screen results with standard Natural, CVD, and HPHT signatures.

• Why is my device not powering on when connected?

  Answer: Ensure the power/data cable is securely plugged into a powered USB port or power supply meeting the required voltage specifications. If connecting via mobile, verify that your phone or tablet has OTG (On-The-Go) connection enabled in its settings.
