• How do I install ModelWorks?

  Answer: Insert your provided USB flash drive into your computer or download the installer file. Run ModelWorks_Setup.exe as Administrator and follow the on-screen prompts. • How do I resolve model quality issues?

  Answer: Model quality issues (such as rough surface finish, pitting, or layer lines) are usually caused by build jet temperature drift, contaminated wax, or improper chamber temperatures.

  1. Ensure your room temperature remains stable between 18°C – 24°C.

  2. Perform a routine Jet Test from the main menu to check for clogged nozzles.

  3. Verify that your suction filters and paper rolls are clean and installed properly.

• How do I check and replace tank filters (Pro, Max, Studio, Lab)?

  Answer: Inspect tank filters weekly for wax buildup or debris. Power down the unit, open the fluid reservoir panel, and inspect the screen filter. If flow is restricted, replace the filter cartridge following the maintenance guide in your manual. Always allow the system to reach operating temperature before running a test print.

• How do I perform a Table Calibration?

  Answer: To access and perform a Table Calibration:

  1. Navigate to the Second Screen on your machine display.

  2. Press and hold your finger in the Top-Right Corner (1) until the front screen displays the Skip Calibration (2) option.

  3. Select this option to unlock access to the Table Calibration Function (3) on screen. Follow the on-screen leveling prompts carefully.
