• Full Diagnostics & Testing: After installation, your machine undergoes rigorous diagnostic testing to ensure voltages are perfectly calibrated and the unit fires cleanly.

• Complimentary DI Water Refresh: To get you up and running right out of the box, we will include a fresh, complimentary bottle of high-purity De-ionised (DI) water for you to refill your system reservoir upon its return.

How the Process Works:

3. Pack Your Machine: Safely drain your system water reservoir and pack the DaDo securely (ideally in its original transit box) to protect it during courier travel.

4. Repair & Return: We fix it, test it, include your fresh DI water, and ship it back to your bench, completely ready for production work.
