  • Optical Pathway Inspection & Deep Clean: Meticulous cleaning of all protective glass windows, focusing lenses, and internal mirrors to guarantee maximum energy transmission.

  • Cooling Loop System Flush: Draining and flushing the water reservoir, checking water flow sensors, cleaning cooling lines, and refilling with fresh, high-purity de-ionised (DI) water.

  • Laser Cavity & Flash Lamp Calibration: Inspecting flash lamp wear, checking Nd:YAG rod integrity, and verifying laser energy output against original factory specifications.

  • Chamber & Safety Checks: Testing the electronic safety shutter, microscope alignment, gas nozzle delivery, and foot pedal triggers for complete operator safety.
