Laser Cavity Calibration & Tuning: Aligning and testing the laser rod and lamp parameters to guarantee clean, stable, and highly repeatable pulses.
Optical Pathway Inspection & Deep Clean: Meticulous cleaning of all protective glass windows, focusing lenses, and internal mirrors to restore optimal beam transmission and focus.
Cooling Loop System Flush: Draining the water reservoir, cleaning the cooling lines, verifying the water flow sensors, and refilling with fresh, high-purity de-ionised (DI) water.
Chamber & Safety Checks: Testing the electronic safety shutter, microscope alignment, gas nozzle delivery, and foot pedal triggers for complete operator peace of mind.
