The Mega 5.0 is the evolution of the MegaHIT — a professional desktop laser welder with a large welding chamber, double cooling system, and 10 kW peak power, designed for workshops and laboratories that work for long periods and need the extra capacity to match. Weld precious metals, fix porosity, repair, and manufacture jewellery, watches, and eyewear more efficiently than ever.

The Mega 5.0 arrives with a new highly resistant and eco-friendly outer shell, an improved safety shutter, and HDMI/USB connectivity as standard — making it as capable in a modern connected workshop as it is on a traditional jeweller's bench.

Optional upgrades

IPM (Integrated Parameters into the Microscope) — displays laser parameters (power, frequency, spot size) as a floating overlay directly in the microscope view, so you never need to look away from your work. Significantly increases productivity and comfort during extended sessions.

3D Vision System — an innovative stereoscopic 3D viewing system for the welding area. Facilitates better posture, reduces eye strain, and allows comfortable viewing over long working periods.

Thicker crosshair — upgrade to a 0.04mm crosshair for more precise targeting on fine detail work.
