The Mega 5.0 is Elettrolaser’s most powerful desktop laser welder, built for productive workshops and laboratories that need extra power, speed and a larger welding chamber for extended working sessions. It arrives pre-installed and pre-programmed, so you can plug in and start working immediately.

Weld precious metals, fix porosity and repair or manufacture watches, jewellery and eyewear with ease. The Mega 5.0 combines a 10× Leica microscope, powerful LED lighting and 100 programmable memories with a 7” touchscreen that gives you full motorised control over spot size, frequency and wave type — all from an intuitive interface that doesn’t get in the way of the work.

A large welding chamber and double cooling system, a highly resistant and eco-friendly outer shell, and an improved safety shutter complete a machine built for continuous, high-power use without compromising on comfort or safety.
