• What should I do if the material feeder or wax cartridge jammed?

  Answer: Ensure that build and support wax materials are stored properly and kept free from dust or moisture before loading. If a cartridge fails to feed, check that the melting tank has reached operating temperature before attempting to load new material. Do not force cartridges into the bay.

• How do I level or calibrate the build platform?

  Answer: Platform leveling is crucial for proper first-layer adhesion. Navigate to Maintenance > Platform Calibration on the touchscreen. Follow the step-by-step on-screen prompts using the leveling gauge to ensure uniform clearance across all four corners of the build plate.

• How do I clear build tank or heating errors?

  Answer: If the machine displays a temperature error code on startup, power off the unit and allow it to cool down completely for 10 minutes. Check that the rear ventilation fans are running smoothly and unobstructed. Restart the printer; if the temperature warning persists, contact our service team with the exact error code displayed.
