• How do I check and replace the suction filter?

  Answer: Inspect the internal suction filter weekly for fine dust or polishing debris accumulation. Turn off the unit, access the rear filter housing, and inspect the main filter cartridge. If suction power has noticeably dropped, replace the filter element to maintain efficient extraction and protect internal components.

• What should I do if the unit has low or reduced extraction power?

  Answer: Reduced airflow is usually caused by a full dust bag/filter, a blocked extraction tube, or a loose seal.

  1. Check and empty or replace the dust collection bag.

  2. Inspect the flexible ducting for kinks, blockages, or tears.

  3. Ensure the filter housing door is fully sealed and clamped shut.

• How often should I clean the internal collection chamber?

  Answer: We recommend clearing out accumulated precious metal dust and debris from the primary chamber at the end of each week (or more frequently under heavy workshop use). This ensures maximum metal recovery and prevents air intake blockages.

• Why is the system making an unusual noise during operation?

  Answer: Unusual rattling or grinding noises often indicate debris caught near the intake turbine or an unseated filter panel. Immediately turn off the machine, disconnect power, and inspect the main chamber and impellers for foreign objects or loose fittings before restarting.
