Answer: Inspect the protective glass inside the welding chamber daily for metal spatter or dust. To replace it, turn off the machine, carefully unscrew the lens retaining ring, and use optical tweezers to remove the damaged glass. Insert a fresh protective lens without touching the center surface, then secure the ring back in place.

Answer: Inconsistent or weak laser energy is typically caused by a dirty protective cover slide, misaligned focusing optics, or aging flashlamps.
Clean or replace the protective cover glass.
Inspect the crosshair focus through the binocular microscope to confirm proper focal position.
Verify that your pulse parameter settings match the material and alloy thickness being welded.

Answer: Check the water level indicator located on the unit regularly. Use only distilled or deionised water for top-ups. We recommend draining and replacing the cooling water completely every 6 to 12 months, along with replacing the demineralisation filter cartridge to prevent internal mineral buildup.

Answer: A chiller alarm usually indicates low coolant fluid, restricted airflow through the condenser radiator, or an elevated ambient room temperature. Ensure the machine has at least 30 cm of clearance around its ventilation grilles and that the water reservoir is full. If the alarm persists after letting the unit cool down, contact our support team.
